ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 7 - 10 business days to process your order. Expect a shipping confirmation email within 7 - 10 business days to let you know your order is on the way! This email will contain tracking information for your package. Please refer to this tracking information for updates on the status of transit for your order. REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

All sales are final. We generally do not offer ordinary refunds, returns, or exchanges. However, we know that sometimes things do not always work out as planned. If you have any issues with your order, such as your order arriving damaged or other shipping issues, please contact us at morgan@eviltwinclayco.com.


In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at morgan@eviltwinclayco.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.


What if my order is lost?

Once your order has been released to the third-party delivery service, it is the responsibility of the third-party delivery service to ensure your order is handled and delivered according to the shipping method chosen at the time of purchase. We cannot control any unforeseen delays or issues experienced due to the third-party delivery service. However, our top priority is that you receive and are able to enjoy your purchase.
